The Vienna Series VIHD-PAP is a heated, freestanding service display on lockable casters, which allows for flexibility with operator’s changing needs. This display in frameless glass with heat-resistant LED lighting also features a black glass heating plate with infrared heat lamp for maintaining proper temperature. Temperature controller allows for range between 150 to 185°F. A convenience package including cutting board, knife scraper and 1/9 pan is added as a standard to the operator side for complete versatility while optional merchandising accessory racks can be added to customer side or ends to compliment the design and increase ambient grab and go sales.
